OUR FREE HOLIDAY PROMOTIONS

No Timeshare Presentations:

There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive or any other hoops you'll need to jump through to redeem. Simply activate online by prepaying the hotel bookings and service fees associated with the destination. After activation, login online and search for your preferred participating resort/hotel and preferred travel dates. Please appreciate that the reason we can offer this complimentary accommodation is because for much of the year, the participating hotels & resorts have around a 30% vacancy-rate.So they essentially forego much of their normal room-rate to participate in this program, in the hope that “non-paying” guests will consume food & beverages at the property…….therefore providing the hotels with “some” revenue.

There are understandably “some peak vacation periods” where the hotels & resorts are traditionally full or near-full – so they won’t have rooms available or perhaps there may be a modest surcharge (eg: School Holidays).Booking Procedure: When you follow the booking procedure shown on your Vacation Accommodation Voucher, you’ll select your destination (eg: Gold Coast).Once you do this, you’ll receive an email from Redeem Vacations, notifying you of the need to “activate” your voucher by paying the booking & service fees within 7 Days.

Booking fees are from AUD$37 per night & are variable across destinations. Reservation Engines like Expedia are used for the global bookings in this program - & they charge a percentage of the regular room tariff for their service. So the booking fees differ from destination to destination – because the hotel tariffs are of course different from location to location. There’s a simple reason for this. We’ve found that if people “pay the fees” within a short period, they tend to go on the holiday. And hotels WANT people to GO on holidays. Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation.

So you can select your hotel & travel at any time within 18 months -it's just the destination you need to choose upfront (eg: Sydney)

Once you’ve chosen your “destination” & paid your Booking & Service Fees, you cannot change your destination. Travel to & from your chosen hotel or resort is not included. If you have more than one vacation incentive, the others cannot be used back to back in the same or different destinations. There must be at least 1 year gap between each vacation booked through RedeemVacations.com by any person or family.

Destinations May Change:

The destinations may alter from time to time, due to hotel ownership or management changes - or any of numerous other reasons. For example, if a hotel changes management & the new “managers” choose not to be the program, this is something we have no control over. So please understand that the destinations & hotels shown on our webpages & advertising are “samples” & are subject toc hange.

Group Travel Not Allowed:

GROUP travel is NOT allowed - only one incentive per household and resort/hotel is allowed. Reedeemvacations.com. will only honour one incentive per family and friends per 12 months - travelling on the same arrival and departure dates. Only 1 party can use the complimentary vacation incentive for the same travel dates.

Certificate Void If Purchased:

This digital incentive will be considered void if bartered or purchased by the recipient. The incentive is valid for a reservation request offering Luxurious Resort/Hotel Accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by RedeemVacations.com.

Most rooms are for 2 to 4 occupants based on room type and availability and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age. So in most hotels, you can enjoy “a family vacation. ”Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that ALL hotels will cater for children. "Some" hotels choose not to, its a case of selecting hotels or resorts that suit your circumstances.

The main reservation holder must also have a Major Credit or a Bank Debit Card with a Visa or Mastercard logo, plus a valid government-issued ID to check-in.

Hotel Accommodation Complimentary:

The recipient of this incentive will receive luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to AUD $350 per night.

However, the recipient is responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.

If applicable, the resort fees will be disclosed when choosing a hotel and preferred travel dates. (Resort fees cover items likeWiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, & Resort amenities.).

30 Days Advance Booking & One Or Two Hotels Per Destination:

All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. Reservations are based on availability and understandably rooms are less likely to be available at peak vacation periods like Easter, Christmas & School Holidays.

Note: When booking accommodation online, one or two hotels in each destination will feature for much of the year.

Our automated system has “hotels on an availability rotation”, hence why the actual hotels with availability are only identified when DATES are entered into the booking process.

Check-in is available 7 days a week. Most resorts won’t have availabilities during the busy Christmas & school holiday periods – in other words, they don’t have an empty rooms to give away!

In the case of the 3 Night Holidays, it’s recommended that people choose nights between Sunday & Thursday – if one wants to include a “peak night” like Friday & Saturday, for most hotels, there’s a modest surcharge approx. AUD$55 per night. There may be a few hotels that have a higher “Friday/Saturday surcharge” due to their location being in high-demand, so please check. Why? Because Fridays & Saturdays are busy days & therefore the resorts don’t have many empty rooms available.

Fees & Taxes Non-Refundable:

This incentive activation is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. The end user will have 18 months to travel and can choose from available destinations to find travel dates and participating resort/hotel options. Once accommodation dates have been confirmed, no changes of dates are allowed. Also, after the accommodation dates have been confirmed, any cancellation of one’s accommodation will result in forfeiture of the activation fees (ie: booking fees).(The inventory used for these rooms are not as flexible as booking at regular retail rack rates, so once confirmed, changes will not be allowed and cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of fees paid)

Why Are Fees & Taxes Payable Before Selecting Hotel?

Redeem Vacations, needs to ensure that sufficient hotel rooms are available across multiple locations & dates. To do so, it’s important to have a rolling indication of how many bookings there might be within the next 12-18 months for specific locations. That way, Redeem Vacations can cater for any particular demand for a specific destination (ie: provide “more” hotels if needed). The only way to do this is to ensure the location is chosen at the point of “activation” (when the booking & service fees are paid). This helps Redeem Vacations to provide sufficient hotel room availability, whilst still giving the customer 18 months to book.

User Needs To Reside 160 Kilometres Away:

The user must reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometres away from the destination resort of choice. Remember, the participating hotels are providing this extraordinary “accommodation deal” on the basis that they hope to get “a financial return” via guests buying food, beverages, room service, spa treatments & tours etc whilst at the property. If “locals” were to avail themselves of the “free accommodation”, it’s likely they’d simply buy food & beverages locally (or bring them from home!). And almost certainly, such “locals” would NOT be investing in spa massages, cocktails by the pool or tours .Hence why the 160km condition is a commonsense one.

Cash Surrender Value:

This incentive has no cash surrender value, void if discontinued and where prohibited by law. The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice. RedeemVacations.com reserves the right to offer other hotels with equal or similar value with incentive holder approval if required due to availability. Do not rely upon representations other than what is noted here.

Activate Online:

To redeem, simply activate the incentive online and then search online at RedeemVacations.com for the destination of choice and participating resort/hotels and travel dates.

Booking & Service Fees Apply:

Booking & Service fees apply with this accommodation offer. These fees are based on a few factors – examples include but are not limited to:

Remuneration to a 3rd party booking engine Travel agency fees

Housekeeping/room cleaning room fees

Allowance for replacement of damaged or stolen room amenities.

Note: The “booking fees” are subject to change, due to booking engines like Expedia and Wotif periodically adjusting their fees for administering registrations. Understandably, the hotels have no control over the fees that third-party booking engines charge.

User Agrees To Terms:

The user of the Vacation Accommodation Voucher agrees that they have decided to experience this holiday of their own volition. Understandably, the user’s or users’ enjoyment, safety & satisfaction is entirely their responsibility. And the “reservation holder & family/guests” agree that The Institute Of Wow & Global Entrepreneurs Movement Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any personal disappointment, losses or personal injury during their vacation stay.

Users are responsible and accountable for their decisions & actions and by the hotel reservation, users agree not to attempt to hold The Institute Of Wow or Global Entrepreneurs Movement Pty Ltd liable for their decisions, actions or satisfaction levels, at any time, under any circumstance.

Conditions Subject To Change:

Redeem Vacations & it’s Travel Incentive Partner reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of these terms & conditions without prior notice. Given the impact of COVID 19 on the travel industry & the unpredictable consequences to hotels, there may need to be common sense adjustments to the offer periodically.Businesses & users accept this as a fair & reasonable Ts & Cs inclusion – as the pandemic has meant that hotel & resort operators need to be nimble in this COVID environment.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Global Entrepreneurs Movement cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page inside your GEM account under the link in your left side bar called 'Manage Account' or by contacting Global Entrepreneurs Movement customer support team, angel@entrepreneursmovement.com

We give a 14 day money FREE trial in your first month, after that when you cancel you will see out the current paid months membership as we will close your account before the new payment is due.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Global Entrepreneurs Movement with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise Global Entrepreneurs Movement to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Global Entrepreneurs Movement will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Cancelations

If you cancel your GEM account, export your contacts before you cancel from your CRM by downloading them as a CSV file.

When you cancel your GEM account all the funnels, websites, snapshots we have given for free as part of being a member will be deleted with your account so you will not be able to transfer GEM or Abundant Creativity intellectual property to any other account, this includes any specific free funnel or website we create for you.

If you have paid for a website to be created for you, joined Spiritpreneur and paid for assets, or paid for the 'Done For You' service those assets can be sent with you if you are moving to a similar software. We will provide you with a share link only for the assets your paid for.

Putting Your Account On Pause

Pause essentially means for that period of time you are not a member & cant access your account. We are happy to help out and hold your member status and keep your info in your account safe. However while on pause you are not active until you reactivate the account.

The maximum time we can pause an account is 3 months and the hosting fee to pause is $80 US pm

There is a fee for a paused account to cover hosting and storage of your funnels, websites, online courses and memberships as these will still be live and in some cases operational online.

This means you can not engage the services of our VA’s, jump on the coaching and tutorial calls or access the membership areas or masterclasses. You also cannot access your calendar or inbox for communications.

If you have live funnels and websites out in ads or social media please consider a pause very carefully as you will not be able to gather those leads that are contacting you via your sites.

Fee Changes

Global Entrepreneurs Movement, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Global Entrepreneurs Movement will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Global Entrepreneurs Movement on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Global Entrepreneurs Movement.

Your Free Funnel/one page website Build

As part of our Concierge Set Up you are entitled to ONE free funnelsite or one page web build. This can be for a service you provide, a product you sell, or a course or membership you have built.

You can select the funnel template you like or select one from the free template section on your dashboard.

If your free funnel is for a course or membership

You will need to create the course or membership first in the membership area and when you have the design, brand, images, and content in the course we can then create the front end sales funnel for you. We will hook up the automation for you and make sure the funnel is in full working order before handing it over to you.

For your front end sales funnel we will work with you on copy and you may be requested to provide some copy for the funnel. You may also be asked to provide some images or video content for the funnel. In setting up the workflows for the funnel you will be required to write the email sequence you want, or you can download a email sequence template from the ‘Conscious Entrepreneur Membership’

We will set up the pipeline if the funnel warrants the need for one, connect your calendar and forms, set up the CRM requirements in the workflow, connect all buttons, do the SEO, attach the URL.

You will be requested to create the product or products in the payments section and we will connect it to your funnel.

In your VIP funnel you can have an OTO (one time offer) upsell or downsell and if you want an ‘order bump’ on the order form we can connect that for you as well.

You will liaise during the funnel build with our funnel building team via discord and once completed we will sign off with this funnel. If you want to edit or change it in the future you can by either doing this yourself or you can request the VA services as a paid service to edit it for you.

If you require additional funnels and you need assistance you can request funnel building assistance via the funnel or website buttons on your dashboard.

If your free funnel is for a service or product/products

If you require that the Free VIP funnel build is for a service we will need some copy, images and a video if you want one on the funnel.

You will also need to add the products to the payments section in your settings and we will add them to your funnel order form.

You can create your own email sequence or download and edit one from the ‘Conscious Entrepreneur Membership’ area and we will build the ‘workflow’ for you.

We can connect your funnel to your forms and calendar and you can have an OTO upsell or dowsell page and an order bump if you require it.

There is also no limit to the services or product prices you can have on the order form so if you have various pricing for your services or products we can cater for this.
